Matt Doan

Matt Doan is an accomplished entrepreneur and expert in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and professional development. As the Founder and CEO of Uncaged Life Design since January 2021, Matt leads a transformational coaching program aimed at helping high-achieving professionals achieve freedom and overcome burnout. Matt also serves as a podcast host and producer for Uncage Yourself and a public speaker for Badassery, as well as a speaker in the U.S. Speaker Program for the U.S. Department of State, specializing in culture, leadership, and cybersecurity. Additional roles include Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations and Visiting Lecturer at Florida International University. Matt’s prior experience includes leadership positions at Boston Consulting Group, New America, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where significant contributions were made in steering cybersecurity practices and digital transformation strategies. Matt holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Security Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.
