Adam Ruscitto has over 15 years of experience in the sports industry. In 2021, they began their current role as Director of Product at Baden Sports. Prior to this, they held various roles at K2 Sports, Salomon, Porters Tahoe, and Volkl - Marker. At K2 Sports, they were Global Product Line Manager for Ski Products, and was also Global Product Line Manager for K2 and Line Skis. At Salomon, they were Global Product Manager for Alpine Skis & Bindings. At Porters Tahoe, they were in Customer Support/Operations. At Volkl - Marker, they were in Regional Promotions.

Adam Ruscitto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Vermont and has studied International Business at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
