Jessica Garcia

Jessica Garcia is an experienced legal assistant currently working at Bader Law as a Workers’ Compensation Legal Assistant since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica served as an Immigration Paralegal at Levine & Eskandari, LLC, where responsibilities included preparing and filing visa applications and communicating with clients regarding immigration procedures. Jessica has also contributed to various civic engagement initiatives, serving as a Civic Fellow with Hands On Atlanta, and a Georgia Poderosa Fellow at Poder Latinx, focusing on voter outreach and political representation for Latinxs. Additional experience includes marketing and communications leadership at LADYS Program CVILLE, and participation in programs aimed at enhancing leadership skills and community engagement. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University.
