Josh Goosey

Josh Goosey, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Josh started their career at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Human Resources Manager from June 2007 to August 2011. Josh then worked at General Cable as an HR Coordinator from February 2012 to January 2013. Josh joined Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions in February 2013 and held various roles including Human Resources Manager, Regional HR Manager, Senior Regional Human Resources Manager, and Regional HR Director until April 2019. Currently, they are working at Badger Infrastructure Solutions as an HR Business Partner since April 2019 and is currently serving as the Director of HR Field Services since August 2021.

Josh Goosey, SHRM-CP received their Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University in 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management Systems from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2005. In 2013, they obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute. Additionally, in 2004, they attended the Tampere University of Technology for Industrial Engineering Management.
