Aaron Reckinger

Aaron Reckinger has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Aaron most recently worked as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II at Badger Meter since August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Manufacturing Engineer II at Regal Beloit Corporation from April 2021 to August 2022.

From December 2019 to April 2021, Aaron worked at Hydro-Thermal Corporation, where they held the role of Continuous Improvement & Safety Engineer. In this role, they managed cross-functional projects, delegated tasks to team members, and implemented a continuous improvement program that resulted in $80,000 in annual savings for the company. Aaron Reckinger attended Arrowhead High School from 2011 to 2015, where they completed their high school education with a focus on general studies. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2015 to 2017, majoring in mechanical engineering. Aaron then transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2017 and completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in industrial engineering in 2019.
