Joe Lucia

Joe Lucia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joe started their career in 1991 at Tranzact Systems INC as a Project Manager, where they designed and analyzed auditing and payable systems for customer freight billing. Joe then moved on to Moore Business Communication Services as a Project Manager in the Insurance Services SBU, where they designed customer projects and created applications for customized business document publishing systems.

In 1998, Joe joined McKesson Information Solutions, where they held multiple roles over a period of 15 years. Joe started as a Sr. Technical Project Engineer, responsible for the financial and surgery management of software. Joe later became a Subject Matter Expert, supervising and guiding an Implementations Analyst team. Joe also served as a Sales Associate in Enterprise Sales, assisting with tasks such as RFPs and on-site product demonstrations. Joe eventually became a Product Consultant, delivering custom presentations and driving the sales cycle. Joe's last role at McKesson was as an Implementation Consultant and Team Leader, where they designed customer projects and created customized business document publishing systems.

In 2014, Joe joined Health Central as a Senior Systems Analyst, responsible for troubleshooting, system management, and technical support for hospital systems. Joe implemented multiple Formfast printing applications and provided support for the SQL database.

In 2015, Joe joined FormFast as a Project Manager, overseeing project deliverables and managing a variety of projects. Joe also organized software implementation and refined project planning phases.

In 2017, Joe joined ADP as an HCM Implementation Consultant, where they consulted with clients and managed multiple projects simultaneously. Joe analyzed existing systems and business processes and provided comprehensive solutions for human capital management needs.

Joe's most recent position is with Badger Meter, where they serve as a Manager Technical Sales and Support. Joe is responsible for technical sales and support and oversees the field sales support team.
