Dairis Zarins

Dairis Zarins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, strategic initiatives, and angel investing. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Printful since September 2016, Dairis has successfully developed product discovery and go-to-market strategies, while also leading cross-departmental process improvement projects. Previously, Dairis held the role of Director of Operations at Printful, overseeing daily operations across multiple production facilities, implementing a global Quality Management System, and contributing to the company's growth from startup to a $1B+ business. As a member and angel investor at BADideas.fund, Dairis focuses on investing in early-stage startups in the CEE/CIS region. Dairis’s background also includes project management and business development roles at Draugiem Group, Norddeck, and 180 Degrees Consulting, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
