Mario Herrera is a seasoned professional in recruiting and team management with extensive experience in the transportation and fitness industries. Currently serving as a Recruiting & Retention Specialist at Badlands Tank Lines LLC, Mario has previously held prominent roles such as Director of Recruiting at Equipment Transport and Redbone Trucking, as well as Vice President of Recruiting at Simon Transport. In addition to a robust career in recruitment, Mario is the Founder, Owner, and Team Captain of Warrior State of Mind, a leading community and team in obstacle racing with over 2000 members dedicated to personal growth and the Warrior spirit. Mario holds a degree in Business and Marketing Management from Salt Lake Community College.
