Melissa W.

Melissa W. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality and administration within the sports and education sectors. Currently serving as the Badminton England Hospitality Lead at the YONEX All England Open Badminton Championships since March 2023, Melissa manages VIP lounges and facilitates guest entry for over 600 individuals. Additionally, since September 2022, Melissa holds the position of Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer Sue Storey at Badminton England. Melissa's past experience includes a role as Team GB Badminton Ticketing Manager for the upcoming Paris Olympics and Paralympics, and over a decade at the University of Buckingham, where Melissa progressed from Undergraduate Secretary/Administrator to Faculty Registrar. Melissa also has a background as a Street Dance Instructor and Sales Associate.
