Faisal Ahmed is an accomplished software engineering manager with extensive experience in embedded systems and electrical engineering. Currently serving as a Manager II at BAE Systems, Inc., Faisal leads software engineering efforts. Previously held the position of Technical Team Manager at Nilfisk, overseeing a team of 15 engineers in the development of embedded software, robotics applications, and IoT solutions. Faisal has experience in leading R&D for autonomous systems at Cummins Inc. and has also contributed to embedded systems design at Honeywell and Rackmaster Systems Inc. Academically, Faisal holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering with a concentration in embedded systems from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from St. Cloud State University.
