Janina Thomas

Janina Thomas has extensive work experience in financial reporting and analysis. Janina is currently working as the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis at Baebies since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the HCS Finance and Accounting Manager at UNC Health from November 2018 to September 2021. Before joining UNC Health, Janina served as a Controller at Triage Consulting Group from October 2017 to October 2018. Janina also held the position of Director of Advisory Services at Eckhoff and Company from March 1996 to October 2017. In addition, Janina has past experience as a CPA and CSPM at Brotemarkle, Davis & Co LLP from November 2014 to July 2015, and as a Bookkeeper at Brayton, Harley, Curtis from 1992 to 1996.

Janina Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. In 2015, they pursued a Certification in Wine Industry Finance and Accounting from the Sonoma State University Wine Business Institute. In addition to their academic achievements, they hold several certifications, including being a Certified Public Accountant (obtained in October 2011 from the California Board of Accountancy), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (obtained in June 2014 from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), a Certified Strategic Performance Management professional (obtained in September 2015 from Mentor Plus), and a graduate of The Rainmaker Academy (obtained in May 2017 from The Rainmaker Companies).
