With experience in negotiating freight rates and Charter Party terms, Jørgen has successfully managed a portfolio of 5,000,000 metric tons since 2016. Prior to their current role, Jørgen held positions as Chartering Manager at Nueva Seas, Operations Manager at Nepa Group, and Analyst at LSR Services Ltd. Their academic background includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Maritime Studies from Solent University and a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online.
