Vered Degani Vinik

Vered Degani Vinik is an experienced Instructional Designer and Training Coordinator. With a background in history and organizational training management, they have worked in various roles including as a simulator operator in Bagira Systems Ltd and as a training development officer in the Israeli Defense Forces. Currently, they are responsible for recruiting, training, and coordinating tour leaders at Eshet Tours Group, as well as developing training aids and integrating information between departments. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
