Ric Jackson has over 20 years of experience in sales and account management. Ric began their career in 2000 as an Account Sales Executive and Partner Program Manager at GE Healthcare, where they managed a complex territory and exceeded operating plans 100%+ in both 2010 and 2011. Ric was ranked #2 account sales executive in GE Healthcare in 2011 and #4 in 2010. In 2012, they joined Jama Software as a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive to support rapid growth. Ric targeted and built relationships with product owners and key executives to increased awareness and adoption, and surpassed quarterly goals 30%+. In 2014, they were recruited by Novus Labs (fka Allion, USA) as a Sales Manager to build up the sales team. Ric approved print and digital marketing/advertising content for product and service sheets, brochures, and email campaigns. In 2017, they became the Channel Sales Manager at Right Weigh, Inc. where they were charged with building out and elevating the channel sales team, crafting a strategic training plan, defining target sales goals and performance metrics, and uncovering new channels for revenue growth. Most recently, in 2020, they joined BahFed Corp as a Sr. Account Manager, Federal Sales. Ric fostered strategic account growth on a global scale, navigating and hunting new opportunities while partnering with project managers to manage contract specifics with enterprise federal organizations that included the Department of Defense. Ric closed $1.1M in new business within the first 6 months.
