Cornelia Kaufmann serves as the Chief Culture Officer at Bahlsen Group, where responsibilities encompass HR, IT & Digital, Communications, Transformation Office, and Legal, Compliance & Quality Management. Kaufmann has spearheaded a cultural and organizational transformation for 2,500 employees across nine countries and co-created the company's 2030 business strategy, translating it into actionable People & Culture initiatives. Prior to this role, Kaufmann held various senior HR positions at IKEA, including People & Culture Manager for Sweden and Denmark, where leadership focused on driving people-centric transformations and advancing diversity and inclusion.
