Sreejith Gopinathan

Sreejith Gopinathan is currently the Head of Projects Development & IT Solutions at Bahrain Development Bank, where Sreejith has been since August 2010. Prior to this, Sreejith worked at Tata Consultancy Services (CMC Limited) from July 2004 to June 2010, starting as a Senior IT Engineer and working their way up to Assistant Manager, Manager, and then Senior Manager in Information Technology. In their current role, Sreejith is responsible for overseeing digital transformation, business analysis, change requests, and managing the in-house development team for core banking, CRM, and DMS applications to meet business needs. Additionally, Sreejith mentors and manages the IT infrastructure, operations, security, strategy, planning, and serves as a technology advisor.
