Kaushik Gandhi

Kaushik Gandhi is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering, technology strategy, and operations transformation. Currently serving as Superintendent (Section Head) of Enterprise Solutions at Bahrain Petroleum Company, Kaushik manages a diverse portfolio of over 250 applications. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting SEA, where Kaushik led practices in Smart Manufacturing and Enterprise Architecture. Kaushik co-founded and directed APOGEE Process Control Consulting and OPTEAMATES Chemical Process Optimization Solutions, achieving substantial business growth and client trust. Earlier experience includes managerial positions at IPCOS, Honeywell, Linde Engineering India, and Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited. Kaushik holds a Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Chemical Engineering from Gujarat University and Dharmsinh Desai University, along with a Certificate in Project Management from UPES.
