Nithya Parthasarathy

Nithya Parthasarathy serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Bahwan CyberTek, bringing extensive experience in leadership and human resources. Previously, Nithya held the position of Associate Vice President for Global Leadership, Sales, Support, Strategic & Campus Hiring at Mphasis, along with a role as Senior Human Resources Specialist. Earlier in Nithya's career, Nithya worked as an HR Analyst at EDS. Nithya holds an Executive MBA in HR from the Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management obtained in 2005.
