P. Rajasekaran

P. Rajasekaran is the current Chief Products Officer at Bahwan CyberTek. P. has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on product management and large account delivery.

Rajasekaran began their career in 1990 as an Assistant Engineer at TEC R&D India. P. then moved to Ramco Systems in 1995, where they worked as a Technical Product Manager for eight years. In 2003, they joined Satyam Computers as a Principal Consultant. During their six years at Satyam, Rajasekaran was responsible for the delivery of large accounts in the banking and financial services (BFS) and public sector. P. also played a key role in strategic sales, supporting regions in pursuing large deals and managing the end-to-end opportunity process from bid response to conversion to win.

In 2009, Rajasekaran left Satyam Computers and took on the role of Head of B-School Talent Hiring and Campus Relationship and Link Programs (CLiP) at a major Indian conglomerate. In this role, they were responsible for establishing relationships with premier business schools and e-schools for both CLiP and B-School Entry Level Management Graduate Hiring. P. also managed the delivery of a large program for the World Bank, with annual revenues of $15M.

In 2013, Rajasekaran joined Bahwan CyberTek as Chief Products Officer. In this role, they are responsible for the overall product strategy and roadmap for the company. P. is also responsible for leading a team of product managers and driving product innovation across all Bahwan CyberTek products.

P. Rajasekaran is a management professional with a background in strategy, marketing, and finance. P. has completed a management programme at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and has also completed a CGBL at Universitas 21 and Harvard Business School. P. has a MFM from Pondicherry University, and is also a PMP from the Project Management Institute. P. has a BTech in Electronics from Anna University, and a BSc in Physics from the University of Madras.

Their manager is S. Durgaprasad, Co-founder, Director & Group CEO. They work with Chandrasekar Timiri Parameswaran - Chief Risk Officer & Chief Audit Executive, Balaji Sundaram - President North America, and Shanthi Chandrasekar - EVP, APAC Strategic Business.
