Shamika Naik

Shamika Naik has a background in Biotechnology and French language and literature. Currently, they work as a Project Research Scientist-1, Institutional Ethics Committee coordinator, and Senior Research Fellow at Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children. In these roles, they are involved in reviewing ethics submissions, coordinating research projects, and conducting neurodevelopment assessments. Prior to this, they interned at the same hospital and have certifications in pharmacy administration, policy, regulatory affairs, and child development.
