Chih-ping Hsu

Chih-ping Hsu has worked for Baicells Technologies since 2022, where they are currently a Sr Director. Previously they worked for Qualcomm from 2000-2022, where they held the roles of Principal Engineer/Manager and Sr Staff Eng/Mgr. As Principal Engineer/Manager, they led the system design and development of a streamlined effort supporting on-device performance metrics collection across all protocol layers of multiple cellular technologies, and delivered capability and power consumption trade-off analysis for RF interfaces. As Sr Staff Eng/Mgr, they led industry-leading 3G/2G Dual-SIM-Dual-Standby design and development, and established modem and chipset power consumption groundwork.

Chih-ping Hsu holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
