Rakesh Shinde

Rakesh Shinde is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at BAIF Development Research Foundation since July 2021, Rakesh has previously held senior HR roles at Optima Life Sciences Pvt Ltd and Suguna Foods Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing a large workforce and managing regional operations. Rakesh's prior experience includes a significant leadership role in HRD at Japfa Comfeed India Ltd. Rakesh holds a Master's Degree in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Science from Pt.
