Robert Hay is an experienced project manager currently at Bailey Construction and Consulting LLC since January 2019. Prior to this role, Robert served as a sales representative at Redstone Construction Group, Inc. from May 2015 to December 2018, leading business development and client project management for large-scale construction projects. Robert’s earlier experience includes a significant role as District Executive and later District Director for the Boy Scouts of America, where exceptional leadership resulted in increased fundraising efforts. Before that, Robert worked as a Senior Lineman at Conway Aviation Services, providing support for aircraft management and maintenance. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of Central Arkansas.
