Emily Pennington

Emily Pennington, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Emily is currently the Human Resources Director at Bailey International LLC, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at AESSEAL Inc. as the Human Resources Manager for North America from 2021 to 2023, and as a Human Resources Manager from 2017 to 2021. Before AESSEAL Inc., Emily was an HR Manager at Regal Beloit Corporation from 2015 to 2017. Emily also gained experience as an HR Generalist at Miniature Precision Components from 2014 to 2015 and at Georgia-Pacific LLC from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, Emily worked as a Human Resources Associate at Georgia Pacific from 2011 to 2012. Emily started their career with various roles at Tennessee Technological University, where they were a Student Worker from 2007 to 2011 and a Student Mentor in 2009. Emily also gained experience as an Intern at Upper Cumberland Media Group in 2010 and as a Waitress at Sullivan's Fine Food from 2005 to 2008.

Emily Pennington, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Tennessee Tech University - College of Business in 2011. Emily also holds additional certifications such as a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index obtained in November 2023, and a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM obtained in 2017.
