Lance Benson currently serves as Operations Manager and Sales Support at Bailey's Fine Jewelry since February 2022, following a tenure at Michael Kors from December 2020 to February 2022, where roles included Keyholder and Sales Floor Associate. Lance Benson is pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at Johnston Community College, expected to be completed in December 2023, after graduating from South Johnston High School in 2021.
