Douglas Doughty

Douglas Doughty is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in real estate investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Strategy for Real Estate at Bain Capital since June 2023, Doughty previously held the position of Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group, where leadership was focused on strategy and special situations in global real estate. Prior roles include Managing Director at J.P. Morgan overseeing global business development for real assets, and positions at CIM Group, Rialto Capital Management, M3 Capital Partners, Banc of America Securities, and Arthur Andersen. Doughty possesses an MBA in Finance, Management and Strategy, and Real Estate from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, along with B.S. degrees in Accounting and Economics from Penn State University.
