James Boudreau

James Boudreau is currently a Senior Advisor at Bain Capital. James has over twenty years of experience in the legal field, including positions at Randstad and Palmer & Dodge LLP. James has represented pre-IPO companies and venture capital funds in preferred stock financing transactions, and has advised clients on compliance with the '33 Act and '34 Act securities law. In addition, they have guided companies through corporate formation, reorganization, recapitalization, and dissolution. James has also completed numerous M&A deals, including mergers, stock purchases, asset purchases, and LBOs.

James Boudreau has a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. in English from University of Massachusetts Amherst. James also has certification in Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application from MIT Sloan School of Management as well as Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) from IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals.
