Katie Czerepak

Katie Czerepak currently serves as Operating Partner and Head of Talent for Bain Capital's Tech Opportunities Fund, where responsibilities include leading talent initiatives and partnering with portfolio companies to strengthen their teams. Previously, Katie was the Chief People Officer at Indigo, an agriculture tech firm recognized for its innovative contributions to sustainability and health, and held the position of Vice President of People at New Memphis, contributing to talent development in the region. Early career experience includes roles at McKinsey & Co. as Manager of Professional Development, Senior Consultant at Easton Associates, and various positions at Genentech and Quintiles. Katie holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Public Policy from Stanford University.
