Michael Ward

Mr. Ward joined Bain Capital in 2003. He leads the investor relations team and is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the firm.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Ward worked at Digitas for five years and was responsible for day-to-day management as President and Chief Operating Officer, among other roles. Prior to Digitas, Mr. Ward spent four years with Bain & Company and nine years with Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Ward received an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration. He earned a BS in Accounting and Finance and a BAS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
