Priya Narwani is a highly experienced professional in global mobility, benefits, and HR operations with expertise spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Director of Benefits, Mobility & HR Operations (EMEA) at Bain Capital since March 2022, Priya previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Global Mobility & Immigration at the London Stock Exchange Group, where significant advancements in global mobility policies and immigration reporting were achieved. Priya's career includes positions at BNP Paribas, Rexam PLC, Burberry, BAE Systems, and Barclays Bank, leading various initiatives to streamline mobility processes and ensure compliance with immigration regulations. Priya holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics with Management from Imperial College London and is an accredited member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation (ATT).
