Banele Wasswa

Banele Wasswa is a Senior Manager at Bain & Company since September 2024, having previously served as Chief of Staff to the COO at Onafriq from March 2022 to August 2024. Banele's extensive tenure at Bain & Company began as an Associate Consultant Intern in June 2014 and progressed through various roles, including Associate Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, Manager, and Consultant, until February 2022. Banele holds an MSc in Civil Engineering and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town, as well as an International Baccalaureate from Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA.
