Dheera Anand

Dheera Anand is a Partner at Bain & Company since December 2022 and serves as a Board Member at Chicago Shakespeare Theater since September 2023. Previously, Dheera was a Member at Chief, a network aimed at empowering women executives, from February 2023 to February 2024. From August 2010 to November 2022, Dheera held the position of Partner/Principal at EY, focusing on Supply Chain Transformation. Earlier experience includes working as a Pre Sales Consultant at Alcatel-Lucent from June 2005 to July 2008. Dheera holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Maharshi Dayanand University, along with additional executive education from MIT Sloan.
