Erin Kim is currently an Incoming Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company, with a history of impactful involvement in various roles since 2020 at Dartmouth College. As a member of the Student Advisory Board for the Sexual Violence Prevention Project, Erin contributes to the development of a comprehensive violence prevention curriculum aimed at reducing sexual assault and fostering positive life skills. Additional experience includes co-founding and serving as Co-President of Fashion et Cetera, consulting for Social Impact Non-Profit Consulting, and conducting research as an assistant in the Dartmouth Department of Geography. Previous roles include a research internship at Sage Larock, editorial duties at Smarty Plants.org, organizing a summer leadership conference, and childcare services. Erin's background also includes training in Kingian Nonviolence Conflict Reconciliation and lifeguarding at the Evanston Golf Club and Big Blue Swim School, along with illustrating a children's book. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Geography modified with Economics from Dartmouth College.
