Hiroaki Adachi

Hiroaki Adachi is an associate partner based in Bain & Company’s Tokyo office. He is an expert in Bain’s Digital, Customer Strategy & Marketing, Retail and Financial Services practices.

Throughout his career, Hiroaki has worked across a range of industries, such as financial services, retail, consumer goods and services, telecommunications, healthcare and technology.

He has particularly extensive consulting experience in corporate and digital strategy, customer strategy & marketing and customer loyalty (NPS®).

He earned his master's degree in technology management, as well as his bachelor's degree in engineering, from the University of Tokyo.
