Katie Martinez is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Director of Americas Human Resources & Talent at Bain & Company since August 2017, Katie has previously held key HR positions at Torq Cycle ATL as Co-Founder, 360i as Director of HR, and IAC as Senior Director of Human Resources & Recruiting, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and employee development for diverse segments. Katie began their career at Colonial BancGroup as an HR Coordinator and later worked at Heyman Associates to recruit senior-level candidates for major corporations.
