Mikaela Boyd

Mikaela Boyd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Boyd began as Program Director and International Programs Manager at City Year Inc. from November 2003 to June 2006, and subsequently served as an Associate Program Officer for U.S. Education at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from July 2008 to October 2009. Boyd held a summer associate position at Bain & Company in June 2007 and later became Partner, Head of Financial Services Practice for the Americas Region, and Global Head of NextBain. Boyd earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Boston College.
