Myrthe van der Zee

Myrthe van der Zee is an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company since April 2024, following experience as a Business Analyst at Entis from February 2023 to March 2024. Myrthe served as Finance Manager at AeroDelft from August 2021 to September 2022, contributing to a team of over 50 students focused on developing the first manned liquid hydrogen-powered aircraft and managing accounting activities and project budgets. Prior roles include an internship at HEMA, where Myrthe conducted sustainability assessments, and leadership positions at De Kleine Consultant, overseeing client acquisition and strategic consulting for various organizations. Myrthe holds a Master of Science in Management of Innovation from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and an MBA exchange from Schulich School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor's in Global Sustainability Science from Utrecht University.
