Neelam Hussain-Mills

Neelam Hussain-Mills is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in technology, AI, and operations. At Bain & Company, Neelam served as Senior Manager for Experienced Talent Recruiting within the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence from September 2022 to March 2024. Prior to this role, Neelam worked as Global Talent Program Manager at Wave Mobile Money for a brief period in early 2022 and held the position of Global Talent & Technology Program Manager at Capco from June 2021 to March 2022. Neelam's experience at Gartner from July 2017 to June 2021 included roles as Team Lead for the global talent acquisition recruiting vendors and technologies program, as well as Recruiting Programs Specialist in the same field.
