Carl Swatzell Eit

Carl Swatzell, EIT, is a Coastal Engineer at Baird & Associates since January 2021, following a role as a Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University from August 2019 to December 2020, where responsibilities included preparing educational materials and grading. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Site Inspector Intern at FEMA during the summer of 2018, where training in Emergency Management Operations and assisting grant applicants were key tasks. Carl holds a Master of Engineering in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the same institution, awarded in 2019.
