Paul T.

Paul T. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Paul started their career in 1997 as an HR Administrator at Thomas' Europe and then moved on to work as a Personnel Officer at Bradford Community NHS Trust, gaining experience in areas like recruitment, employee relations, training, and workforce information.

In 2000, Paul joined BMB Group Ltd as a Retail Human Resources Officer before being promoted to the role of Human Resources Manager at BMB Clothing Ltd in 2001. In 2007, they progressed to the position of HR Director at Baird Group Ltd (BMB Clothing), where they had overall responsibility for the HR function, including training and development, health and safety, and employee benefits.

Paul's next job was as a Human Resources Consultant at Leeds City College on a short-term contract in 2011. Paul then worked as the Group HR Manager at Samuel Grant Group Ltd from 2012 to 2014. Currently, Paul is serving as the Group HR Director at Baird Group.
