Emily Decker-Bess

Emily Decker-Bess is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, library sciences, and organizational support. Most recently serving as PWM Manager of Learning Solutions & Operations at Baird, Emily collaborated with stakeholders to establish formal processes for learning requests and developed solutions to enhance talent strategies. Previous roles include PWM Professional Development Consultant, where programming for Financial Advisors was created, and Instructional Designer, designing interactive content for training programs. Prior experience includes positions as Global Librarian at Savannah College of Art and Design, Development & Special Projects Coordinator at the American Writers Museum, Executive Assistant to the VP of Institutional Advancement at The Field Museum, and Librarian at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Emily holds dual Master's degrees in Library and Information Science and Art History from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Michigan State University.
