Theresa Stemm

Theresa Stemm is a seasoned professional currently serving as a PWM Transition Specialist at Baird since January 2025. Theresa has a diverse background, having worked at Kohl's from October 2015 to August 2025 in various roles, including Seasonal Marketing Strategy Coordinator, Merchandise Specialist, and Public Relations Specialist. Prior experience includes a position as Fulfillment Coordinator at MKE Sports & Entertainment from November 2014 to April 2015, and caregiving at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee Children's Center from May 2010 to August 2014. Theresa holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where studies were completed between 2009 and 2013, and attended Divine Savior Holy Angels High School from 2005 to 2009.
