Raul Paramo serves as a Referral Partner at BairesDev, focusing on the Americas region, where responsibilities include identifying clients in need of various technology solution services such as software development, data science, and blockchain implementation. Additionally, Raul is a Senior Advisor for Village Capital covering both the Americas and EMEA markets, and previously held the position of Business Partner for North America at Deel. As a co-founder of a stealth startup from 2013 to 2021, Raul has extensive experience in executive roles, notably as a Senior Executive at Deloitte. Raul is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the University of California, San Francisco, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a specialization in Data Science and Machine Learning from the Corporate Finance Institute®.
