Ashlin Horsley

Ashlin Horsley's work experience starts in 2013 as the Director of Operations at BAJA Bid, where they worked directly with the President/CEO. In 2014, they became the Marketing Manager at Flow Pilates and Yoga Center for a year. Ashlin then joined IPA Family, LLC in 2015 as a Media Specialist, responsible for creating and managing creative content, social media, commercials, videos, website, webinars, and headshots. In 2018, they co-founded Made By Mota and served as a Co-Founder until 2022.
