Akankhya Nanda

Akankhya Nanda is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager Tech PMO at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance since November 2019, managing Tech HR projects focused on KPI metrics and employee empowerment initiatives. Previous roles include Manager of Talent Management and Learning and Development at Bajaj Allianz, overseeing the Learning Management System and digital content curation, and Deputy Manager HR at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where responsibilities included capability building and business HR functions. Akankhya began a career in the Learning and Development sphere during a summer internship at Samsung Research and Development Institute in 2016, redesigning decision-making modules. Akankhya holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship and a BA in English from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce.
