Swati Vikram has a diverse work experience in the insurance and sales industry. Swati is currently working as the Vice President - Sales BFL Account at Bajaj Allianz Life. Previously, they held the position of Head COE BALIC DIRECT at the same company. Before joining Bajaj Allianz Life, they worked at LexisNexis as the Director of Sales for nearly 9 years. Prior to that, they worked at Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Limited as an Assistant Vice President - Partnerships & SME. Swati also held the position of Sr Vice President - Sales at CRP Technologies India Pvt Ltd. Before that, they worked as a Branch Manager - Bancassurance, Retail Pharmacy at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. Swati Vikram started their career at Tata AIG General Insurance Co Ltd as a Manager - Accident & Health and later moved on to HDFC CHUBB General Insurance Co Ltd, where they served as an Assistant Manager - Accident & Health.

Swati Vikram completed an Executive General Management Program in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they earned an M.A. in Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 1999-2001 and a B.Com in Costing & Banking from the same university in 1992-1995. Swati also attended St. Joseph's High School from 1982-1990. Currently, they are pursuing an Associate degree in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India.
