Harshal Parkar

Harshal Parkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Customer Loyalty, Innovation & Strategy at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. Prior roles include Vertical Head of Innovation, NPS, and Segmented Servicing, as well as Process Head for Retail Health, Group Health, and Government Health Business at the same company. Prior to this, Harshal held positions as Senior Associate at Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited and Associate at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. Harshal holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2009.
