Namita Nagar is currently the Vice President and Head of Learning & Development at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, a position held since April 2008. In this role, Namita drives learning and talent management strategies for the organization, overseeing multiple modalities including accelerated learning programs and integrated leadership development initiatives in collaboration with world-renowned institutions. Prior to this role, Namita held several key positions at Bajaj Allianz, including Head of Learning and Development, where responsibilities included managing the learning journey for over 7,500 employees, and Head HRBP - Corporate Functions, providing strategic partnerships on people strategies. Namita has a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from the International School of Business & Media and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Banaras Hindu University.
