Avinash Waghmare

Avinash Waghmare currently serves as Manager of Industrial Relations and Personnel Administration at Bajaj Auto Ltd, focusing on IR, legal, and administrative responsibilities at the Chakan Plant 2 since January 2023. Prior to this, Avinash held the position of Senior Manager for Employee Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Skill Development at Tata Motors from August 2021 to January 2023, overseeing employee relations for multiple shops and ensuring statutory compliance. Avinash has also contributed significantly to HR functions at Bosch India, Cipla, and Volkswagen India, where roles ranged from employee relations and statutory compliance to contract labor management. Avinash completed an MBA in Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and holds a BBA in the same field from SVPM College.
