Aniket A Sonar

Aniket A Sonar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as a Specialist in Compensation & Benefits at Bajaj Electricals Ltd since January 2023, Aniket is responsible for the comprehensive management of various employee benefits programs. Prior to this role, Aniket worked at Shapoorji Pallonji Group from September 2014 to December 2022 in multiple capacities, including HR Operations Specialist and Deputy Manager in HR Operations. Aniket also held positions in Learning and Organizational Development at Mahindra Rise, where significant contributions were made in employee engagement analysis. Aniket holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and an MBA in HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University, among other academic qualifications.
